3 seater wooden framed sofa and matching chair

I bought this sofa thinking it would be a great project to re-upholster, but I now have a toddler and realise this isn't going to happen! The frame and cushions are in good condition, it's really just the fabric covers that need updating. As you can see in the photos, I made a start with the chair cover, but didn't get very far!! This could be a great project for someone, and once completed would definitely make some money if sold as it's a really good quality item. I'm happy to split the chair and sofa so they go to different homes. I can supply measurements if needed. The sofa will fit into the back of a LARGE estate car or van. These items have been kept in a storage unit for a year, but have been covered.
